Whether you’re new here or just discovering us, welcome! At Endurance Kickboxing Aberdeen, we provide a range of high-energy, results-driven classes designed to improve fitness, build confidence, and develop real kickboxing skills.

All sessions are held in our fully equipped studio, conveniently located just off the Haudagain Roundabout on Mugiemoss Road.

Little Dragons Kickboxing
(Ages 3–5)

Our Little Dragons class is a fun, high-energy introduction to kickboxing designed especially for our youngest students! In these playful yet structured sessions, children will learn fundamental kickboxing techniques through exciting games and interactive drills that build movement, agility, coordination, balance, and teamwork.

Beyond physical skills, we focus on nurturing confidence, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a positive and supportive environment.

Class Times:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30 PM
Saturday morning at 9:30 AM

Ninjas Kickboxing
(Ages 6 - 8)

This high-energy class takes things up a level! In Ninjas Kickboxing students begin to explore the technical side of the sport—learning how to throw a wide range of punches and kicks, and how to combine them with flow and precision. We also introduce key strategies for movement, defence, and sparring.

As with our Little Dragons, we continue to focus on developing life skills like confidence, discipline, leadership, and problem-solving—now with a deeper level of understanding and expectation.

Each session lasts 45 minutes, with advanced classes available for students who compete or show strong technical ability and a committed attitude toward training.

Evenings Monday to Thursday
Sparring class every Friday

Cadets Kickboxing
(Ages 9-14)

Cadets Kickboxing is our most advanced kids’ class, designed for students ready to take their skills to the next level. Building on everything learned in previous stages, cadets dive into technical kickboxing with a focus on complex combinations, strategic sparring, and high-level drills.

While less time is spent on the basics, we continue to develop key life skills—confidence, leadership, and teamwork. Cadets are encouraged to step into leadership roles, often guiding peers through drills and supporting each other’s progress.

Advanced sessions are high-intensity and include contact work, sparring strategies, advanced kicking drills, and strength training.

Class Times:
Monday to Thursday evenings
Sparring class every Friday

Adults Kickboxing
(Ages 15+)

Our Adult Kickboxing sessions are high-intensity and technique-focused, combining in-depth syllabus work with powerful pad drills and contact training. These classes are designed to develop your skills in punching, kicking, movement, and overall kickboxing ability—while delivering a challenging full-body workout.

In addition to kickboxing, we also offer Fitness Focused Sessions on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. These classes take place in our private gym and feature circuit-style training to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness—no kickboxing experience required.

Class Times:
Kickboxing – Monday to Wednesday evenings
Fitness – Thursday evening & Saturday morning
Sparring – Friday evening
